• Coordinating with customer in response to Online & Phone inquiries regarding security services, sending Quotations to customers and arranging required security services.
• Maintaining log of incidents if reported from sites and sending to clients along with daily activity reports.
• Monitoring Alarms and dispatching appropriate response as per SOPs.
• Monitoring Checkpoints scanning activities of Guards to ensure regularly patrols are completed.
