- Conducted routine Physiochemical, microbiology and research and development analysis of vast of product range DUFIL owns, samples are usually sent from all factories across Nigeria for analysis. Minimie Chin Chin, Raffle oil, Dangote Noodles, Noodles Factory located at Kaduna, Portharcout and Ota. I worked on different seasoning, noodles, oil, flour, chin-chin SKUs.- Part of a three man audit team to inspect the noodle factory, grade and preparation of report. That marked my first audit experience.- Conducted checks along with my team members: laboratory analysis and product development on Dangote noodles during DUFUIL acquisition. - Support the food quality audit team on internal auditing.- Engaged in the Pilot project of Kelloggs. Analysis was carried on Trial samples and packaging/product development of Kelloggs products which was to be produced by DUFIL upon full completion of the factory located at Lekki.
