Managed a team of onsite/offshore model to deliver the OSS Network Inventory, Network Engineering Platform (NEP) and Service Assurance Dash Board (Performance Management Tool) in Azerconnect/Azer Telekom Deployment and Integration of Service Assurance Dashboard a Performance Management solution from Mobinets across AzerConnect Network which includes Microwave, DWDM, ADM, IP Core, IP Access.Provided onsite product support in Azeconnect handling day to day product issues with close interaction with Mobinets R&D to resolve these issues.Customer Interaction, Product Demos and provided onsite Product Trainings to the Customer.

RFP/RFQ, evaluated vendor’s responses for Core Network products like AAA, PCEF (DPI), PCRF, Auto Configuration Server (ACS), Broadband Network Gateway (BNG), Wireless Access Gateway (WAG) and DHCP to meet technical and business requirements of FTTH & Public WIFI. Planned, designed and improved the legacy core network elements (WAG, AAA, DCHP and PCEF (DPI) and PCRF) of WIFI service. Headed the multi-vendor technical team in Huawei, ALU, Procera Networks, Cisco for designing, integrations and approvals. Managed the Multi-Vendor Verification (MVV) for Gx/Gy interfaces between Procera PSM and Huawei PCRF, Ericsson PCRF (SAPC) and Ericsson IN. Administered the policy and traffic shaping for 150K FTTH subscribers and 200K WIFI subscribers. Gathered business requirements, analyzed information system needs, evaluated end-user requirements, assessed RFIs / RFPs documents and planned for development and infrastructure designs. Analyzed As-Is and To-Be conditions and worked with client in re-engineering business processes; identified gaps and finalized the business blueprint.

- Plan and Design the WiMAX core network in coordination with network teams which spread across the kingdom in different 6 locations. - Carried out IOTs between the Policy Controller and Cisco DPI for bandwidth control, Fair Usage Policy and subscriber redirection.- Carried out integration of the Huawei/Samsung ASN gateway with BWS AAA over the radius/Diameter for the authentication, accounting and authorization.
