As a tech advisor and an IT project coordinator, I am responsible for all platforms, applications and systems to maintain virtual and in-person events. The team is based between Bulgaria, Portugal, Spain and Mexico organizing events online as well as onsite in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Honduras, the United States, Costa Rica, etc.

In my role as the Host & Community Manager at Futurist Expo, I guide participants through events and encourage connections. My tasks involve coordinating presentations, managing community interactions, and promoting discussions about the future.

I am responsible to evaluate the submissions in the categories AI in Education, Immersive Experiential Learning, Breakthrough Technology Innovation in Education, Best Online Program, Digital Readiness, Innovation in Business Education and Developing Emerging Skills and Competencies.

I provide guidance and support to entrepreneurs, helping them shape their creative strategies and refine their pitches. I focus on guiding startups to create environments that spark innovation and effective problem-solving. Through my extensive connections, I help these startups access valuable resources and opportunities for growth and advancement.

As a mentor, I bring expertise in project sustainability, creative environments, networks and event development. With a focus on project sustainability, I guide startups to foster creative environments that inspire innovative thinking and problem-solving. Leveraging my extensive network, I facilitate valuable connections to support startup growth.

A monthly pitching event where startups do an 1-minute elevator pitch in front of angel investors, VC and experienced people from the industries. In the end, the jury choses 1 startup to be granted up to 10000 BGN. The program takes one (or more) startups to Israel, to be guided by Israeli angels.

I curated and managed multiple TEDx events, focusing on speaker selection, logistics, marketing, and partnerships.

Organizing and coordinating the first TEDx at the oldest university in Bulgaria for two consecutive years.

As a former blog owner and content creator, I am proud to have produced award-winning projects that have been translated into multiple languages. My passion for organizing national student competitions has resulted in successful events, and I was honored to have one of my projects published in the international journal of the Bulgarian Academy of Science. In addition, my experience with WordPress, social media marketing, and cultural events has equipped me with valuable skills and knowledge. The National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency is a statutory body for evaluation, accreditation and monitoring of the quality in higher education institutions and scientific organizations aiming at the enhancement of their teaching and research, as well as of their development as scientific, cultural, and innovative organizations.

I have worked with various members of the sales team and the international clients to develop a timeline, create schedules, and oversee progress of vendors to make sure goals are met on time. I was reponsible for the benchmarketing, website administration and managing accounts from Poland, Germany, etc. Experience with file encoding, SDL Trados, localization and translation platforms.
