Technical Knowledge To carry out technical testing of new and existing Roaming and International Services for launching in line with the IREG GSMA Documentation To provide Support of CAMEL & GPRS Roaming Rollout Projects. Have good understanding of GSMA IR21,IR24, IR-35, and IR32 scripts  Have good understanding of mobile communications GSM, GPRS, and Camel.  To coordinate for opening-Signaling link to new roaming partners at DCH  Perform IREG testing & resolve issues for successful completion of same.  To perform Postpaid, Prepaid & GPRS tests according to GSMA standard format  Defining the PLMN parameters including the IMSI translation required for establishment of roaming tie-ups for International operators. Defining the subsystems between the network nodes to enable the MTP messages. Have good understanding about taking Trace for all Roaming Issues through Protocol Analyzer as well as Stinga Analyzer.  Familiarity in SS7 Signaling Architecture ,Protocol Stack & Signal Units  Expertise to analyze trace messages of MAP, SCCP & ISUP and trouble shooting call and non call related message between network entities Good Experience in International Gateway definitions ,configurations and optimization analyze for International voice calls  Expertise in VoIP components, messages, protocol, call flow and trouble shooting for call related messages. Have good Knowledge in Architecture of GPRS Call flow & trouble shooting Good knowledge in SGSN configuration for E212 Number series translation as well as E.214 Mobile Global definitions.  Knowledge in DNS server configuration and trouble shooting Expertise in BG configurations and technical related issues for GPRS Roaming. Good knowledge to analyze trace in DNS, SGSN, GGSN for trouble shooting the International GPRS Roaming issues.

I have been performing the following main tasks: - Operating for establishing new interconnections and connectivity of BSS to Core Network. - Analyzing daily KPI statistic and trouble shouting for weak Performance points. - Checking Voice & SS7 Occupation rate of International interconconnection. With existed max Capacity & working for adding capacity. - Trouble shouting, Analyzing of problem of Internationals (Voice & SMS). - Managing trouble ticket IC problems with ICs. - Managing & participating daily operation tasks of Core Network Elements Related International Carrier and Roaming. - Coordinating with vendor and within EA Internal dept for Roaming issues. - Participating in operation tasks with ZTE and other EA dept (VAS, Billing, IR, CS&W).
