My role is to ensure that planning, co-ordinating and implementation of training is suited to the clients needs and expectations. I am also responsible for ensuring that assessment and moderation happens timeosuly and effectively. I am responsible for the recruitment of an ETQA team at a regional level that will deliver, assess and moderate assessments. In addition, I am at times involved in facilitation of ETD and other programmes. From time to time, I develop aligned material and assessments.

My role was to ensure that assessments, moderation verification and certification of learning was expedited. In addition, I assisted with developing learning materials, implementation of learnership programmes, and managing the ETQA team including facilitators, assessors and moderators.

My role was to ensure that all training that was scheduled was planned for and implemented effectively. This included the ordering of learning materials and other learning material that was important for roll out. I also co ordinated trainer activities and administration. As events co-ordinator I was responsible for additional events that would ensue that there was always something happening for learners. I was also responsible for an annual graduation. I wrote and edited the campus newsletter as well.
