Client Relationship Manager is accountable for achieving the territory sales and profitability goals. This role follows direction and leadership from the Branch Manager while responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share within the specific territory. Individual will be responsible for developing new business through research, prospecting, sales and account management. Functions include; lead generation, sales meetings, pre/post sales call debriefs, prospective client follow up, coordinating marketing collateral, research of potential clients, determining client rates and preparing client contracts, executing staffing agreements and client profile sheets, account management, Individual must be willing to travel occasionally as needed to perform company functions while working out of other Employment Solutions offices, and also must be willing to travel to educational conferences as needed. Individual will also be responsible for personal management of selected key accounts.
