With over 10 years of experience in the solar energy industry, I am a passionate and skilled professional who strives to provide sustainable and innovative solutions for power generation and heating. I have a master's degree in power generation from Ain Shams University, and I am fluent in English and Italian. I am currently the Solar Energy Dept. Head at REDCON Construction Co. S.A.E, a leading company in the construction and infrastructure sector in Egypt and the Middle East.As the Solar Energy Dept. Head, I oversee the planning, coordination, installation, and supervision of photovoltaic (PV) solar and solar thermal systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. I also provide technical assistance and training to installers, technicians, and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. I have successfully led and completed multiple solar energy projects, ranging from small-scale rooftop systems to large-scale solar farms, with high efficiency and customer satisfaction. I have extensive knowledge and experience in solar electric systems, solar thermal systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems, and I use various software and tools to design, simulate, and optimize the performance and functionality of the systems.
