 Review and approve Shop drawings and calculations. Review and approve vendor and equipment/materials submissions. Review, verify and approve Contractors claim for payment. Review Contractors performance against quality and technical requirements. Inspect equipment/materials and witness test.  Review Contractor’s performance against schedule and take corrective measure where appropriate  Supervise commissioning and handover to client. Maintain project files and monitor project handover documentations prepared by the Contractor. Support in bid document preparation on projects as required.  Support in Material Management activities as required.  Assisting in overall Project Management.
