The Extension of Distribution Network at Doha & Vicinity (phase IV) Package -2 Project for Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation - Doha Qatar:The main duties carried out is to schedule the project in logical steps and time required to meet deadlines, determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites, direct and supervise workers, study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods, requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects, take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather and emergencies at construction site.The scope mainly an infrastructure project for extension and looping 170 km of water distribution network pipe lines, Ductile Iron, for sizes 100 mm up to 800 mm, the scope was also to install MDPE pipes and fittings as services connection and electromagnetic flow meters, valves and booster pumps.Testing and commissioning placed partially while progressing the installation.
