Agree and track change requests from Client and ensure that costs are capture within final account to the client.Reviewing and agreeing suppliers quotes.Approving suppliers purchase orders.Prepare and submit monthly valuation to the client.Update QS Cost Value Reconcillation spreadsheet during and after works have been completed.Preparing budget build costs for the Corporate Account Team.Preparing and issuing RFQ’s for Critical Strengthening Capex Projects.Preparation of pursuit budgets for a number of critical strengthening projects. This is a demanding role with in excess of 80 live projects at anyone time and applications at different stages from all the major telecoms operators.In addition to the above activities my role as a project quantity surveyor requires me to work closely with the feasibility team and guiding the team towards the most cost effective solution that meets the needs of the customer without compromising on the future development of a potential assest.
