In a pivotal role, I have actively engaged in and assumed leadership roles within teams, successfully achieving the timely execution of numerous Building Condition Assessment (BCA) projects for hundreds of individual assets. The completed projects included variety of building types and sizes, ranging from small assets such as the stores belonging to the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) to large hospitals and health centers in Ontario and Saskatchewan with some individual assets covering tens of thousands square meters in gross area. The deck system consisted of precast prestressed concrete girders.- Debbieh Residential buildings lot 775● Worked with a team of engineers and draftsmen of different disciplines to achieve a safe and economical designs according to the applicable codes and standards (ACI318, ACI350, ASCE07, IBC, UBC97, AASHTO LRFD …Etc), and produce the design drawings within the deadlines assigned in the projects’ contracts.● Gained in-depth experience on a variety of reinforced concrete and post-tensioned concrete structures – varying from villas, residential buildings, and tanks to high-rise buildings.● Prepared the design criteria according to which each project will be carried on.● Coordinated and held meetings with clients regarding project’s progress.● Worked on a variety of finite element structural analysis and design software such as ETABs, SAFE, SAP2000, ADAPT Builder...Etc.● Performed both static and dynamic seismic analysis on reinforced concrete structures.● Design of all elements in a project – foundations, reinforced concrete solid slabs, ribbed slabs, post-tensioned slabs, columns, beams and stairs.● Communicated any required dimensioning changes to other disciplines, notably to the architects, to make sure adjustments are taken into consideration across all drawings.● Conducted revision of the work of junior engineers.● Supervised the contractors’ structural works on site in the projects where we were the project consultant.

Al Muntazah Street Extension Project 13 includes approximately 8 km of new dual carriageway on Abu Hamour Road from East Industrial Interchange to Woqod Interchange, and approximately 2 km of dual carriageway on F-Ring Road from Woqod Interchange to Al Jazeera Interchange.The works includes highways and highway structures, construction of four Interchanges containing underpasses, underpasses bridge structures and flyovers, potable water supply systems, Irrigation distribution systems, wastewater system and pumping station, surface and ground water drainage system, electricity networks, Substations, telecommunications network, street signs and traffic signals.● Supervised a team of 3 foremen and 70 workers and many equipment to excavate, prepare and install 1000mm diameter Treated Sewerage Effluent GRP pipes.● Conducted the pressure tests of the pipes to verify and check for any significant leakage.● Supervised the backfilling process.● Keeping track of manpower and equipment timesheets.● Report back to my senior engineer with daily, weekly and monthly reports.
