Key responsibilities and Achievements: 1. Developing and formulating essential technical policies and regulations for the transport and logistics sector in Saudi Arabia, while offering effective solutions to overcome challenges and ensuring the interests of investors and beneficiaries.2. Strategically planning and coordinating transportation and logistics operations within Saudi Arabia.3. Overseeing and conducting comprehensive research and studies on various aspects of transport and logistics.4. Spearheading the activities of the domestic freight department and ensuring its smooth functioning.5. Assessing and analyzing investment prospects in the transportation sector to identify opportunities for growth and development.6. Launching the first zero carbon emission Hydrogen truck in Saudi Arabia. 7. Launching the first zero carbon emission Electric truck in Saudi Arabia. 8. Leading several initiatives that contributed to making profits and reducing costs for carriers in Saudi Arabia. 9. Being honored as the best department director in the freight and logistics sector for the year 2022 by His Excellency, the President of TGA.

Key responsibilities and Achievements:1- Own the profit and loss (P&L) statement and directly report to the CEO.2- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations of the factory leading +90 employees.3- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives which save 15% yearly through the supply chain optimization and also save 25% of the operations cost yearly through the operations optimization.4- Lead various activities related to safety, quality, operation, budgeting, managerial accounting, sales and marketing, information and data security, Procurement & transportation & supply chain management, and HR.

Key responsibilities and Achievements:1- Managed and developed the overall strategy and execution of supply chain management ( Procurement, Contracts, Inventory, Warehousing, transportation and Logistics) functions well as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.2- Led the logistics process for the development of products, maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products. 3- Saved 10% of the key raw materials cost.4- Improved the suppliers selection and sourcing process and supply chain network.

Key responsibilities and Achievements:1- Managed Logistics Fleet, transportation, road safety, and ensured maintenance plan was properly executed as per manufacturer recommendations and internal procedures.2- Performed technical audits and controlled management, quality, maintenance costs of the entire fleet to ensure the conformity with internal standards and policies.3- Got the best performance in the fleet management at Air liquide including all subsidiaries in Middle East, Africa and India.

Leading more than 45 members who achieved all targets which were planned and agreed with the deanship of students affairs.

Air Liquide selected me to be one of the 25 students for the Summer School in France from all over the world. The program includes :1- Site visits.2- Providing a case study on strategic topics for Air Liquide.3- Vice Presidents meetings.

Worked with different products lines (drilling services, drill bits, artificial left andcompilation) as supply chain specialist and was assigned to control the inventories withenhancing the flow.
