• Monitoring 35 stations and regulating up to 60 real-time train services during peak hours to provide efficient train services and ensure the safety of passengers.
• Coordinate with Train Captains, station staff, depot control and maintenance staff, as well as external stakeholders. In addition, I manage track access to ensure the safety of personnel accessing train tracks for.
• My job involves duties in the Operations Control Centre (OCC). I operate integrated supervisory and control systems to track and regulate train services. This requires being observant, decisive and a good communicator.
• I am responsible for roster planning for 63 personnel. As a key contact officer, I escalate information to management and communicate train disruptions or delays to commuters.

• Responsible for preventive maintenance, overhaul and shunting of trains and locomotives. Respond readily and carry out the assigned Workshop/Plant maintenance activities to achieve quality, cost and availability.
• Act as supervisor for team of six and assign duties on daily basis. Troubleshoot train faults and testing of trains. Execute the assigned Passenger Trains/LRVs/Plant Depot Equipment and major repairs and ensure that it.
• Provide inputs, highlight deviations and contribute possible improvements to the documentations for the assigned Passenger Trains/LRVs/Plant Depot Equipment and related systems service packages and major repair.

• Operate trains for testing and commissioning with Land Transport Authority within depot and stations. Manage daily operations of train control, signalling and communication systems.
• Perform functional and health checks and notify maintenance team of any train issues
• Master train system functions and analyze train faults systematically.
