As a marketing and human resources manager, I have a passion and a drive for the cannabis industry. I have been involved in various aspects of the industry, from operations and management, to licensing and sales, to marketing and design. Most recently, I worked as a Marketing Manager at URB, a leading cannabis retailer in Michigan, where I contributed to the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials. I also supported the recruitment, training, and retention of qualified and diverse staff, and ensured compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Previously, I was a Human Resources Manager at Motas Inc, a cannabis transportation company, where I oversaw the HR functions, policies, and procedures, and facilitated the communication and collaboration among different departments and stakeholders. I have also served as a Senior Project Manager at 3Fifteen Cannabis, where I assisted in the opening of several medical and recreational cannabis locations, and managed the quality of the projects. Throughout my career, I have acquired and honed multiple skills, such as marketing, recruiting, standard operating procedure (SOP) development, project management, executive assisting, and human resource management. I have also gained extensive knowledge and experience in the cannabis industry, and its trends, challenges, and opportunities. I take pride in the successes and achievements that I have enabled and facilitated with the help of my team, partners, and clients.
