I graduated as valedictorian from St. Edward’s University with a BBA in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Economics. I then earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and Data Analytics from the University of Mississippi.Currently, I work in the Audit practice at KPMG Houston, focusing on the energy sector and industrial manufacturing industry. I find public accounting rewarding, especially as the profession increasingly integrates data and technology.In Fall 2019 and Spring 2020, I interned at St. Edward’s University in the Institutional Effectiveness and Planning office, where I primarily used Tableau for data analytics and visualization projects. I also interned with KPMG in Summer 2019 and Winter 2021, gaining valuable experience in the Audit practice.During my time at St. Edward’s, I played as an outfielder for the university’s softball team. In 2018, I interned with the Sales Operations team at WP Engine, where I worked on Salesforce system administration and various data analytics projects. Additionally, I enjoyed coaching softball camps at SEU, assisting with club softball teams, and serving as a Teaching Assistant for Microeconomic Theory for two semesters.I thrive in competitive environments, enjoy being challenged, and love collaborating with others.
