This position was eliminated in May 2024 during a large global RIF mostly impacting operational positions that were not based at or near headquarters in Ottawa, Canada.I was personally identified by executive leadership at Kinaxis to step into this role. I was tasked with developing and implementing an executive talent acquisition strategy across all departments. I successfully filled key C-suite and senior executive roles across the globe, while leading full-cycle recruitment. My efforts resulted in significant cost savings by transitioning the process in-house and completely eliminating recruitment agencies at the executive level.By collaborating with Centers of Excellence and leveraging market insights, I also helped identify and improve talent readiness, offer acceptance rates and executive decision-making. Additionally, I partnered with the Lead HRBP's on talent management programs, enhancing leadership pipeline visibility and strategic direction.
