In my current role, my responsibilities include creating, managing and scheduling social media posts on several platforms. As well as that, I film and produce reels for social platforms. Using Meta's Ad Manager, I create and manage ads to boost social posts. I produce a monthly report, collating all social media data and break it down into digestible content for the rest of the team. In this, I include updates on all things social and do content audits for what has worked and what hasn't. I assist with the sales administration team in producing reports, inputting sale details into Sitestream, communicating with our solicitors and construction team as well as covering when needed on a range of tasks. I communicate and build relationships with sales executives to gain information on highlights that can be used for PR or social purposes. Using that information, I visit sites, take photos or videos and interview clients. As part of this, we run small events and fun days for our clients which I help run.

Worked for the GC Group in their Stirling based office in Goldcrest Blinds. I assisted with the launch of Blinds4You, provided excellent service to customers through phone, email and LiveChat. Built and maintained a strong relationship with our key contacts at the manufacturing factory and chased overdue orders. Created, implemented and taught new systems and processes for B4U. This ensured that customers received updates regularly, had clear and consistent communication from all staff and that everything was recorded accurately. I used Airtable and Shopify to update products, manage the online shop and update prices or lead times when needed.I managed the Blinds4You bank using Sage Business Cloud accounting software to process and input invoices. As well as that, I reconciled the bank on a weekly basis and ensured everything matched up. On the marketing side of things, I wrote several blogs, social media copy and sent out a weekly newsletter using Klaviyo to our database. I also assisted in creating a new website for Goldcrest Blinds and Rainbow Blinds using Squarespace. This involved creating a new design to be used across a range of companies that is modern but still in line with the brand identity, writing copy for new pages and using the right images for each section.

I was a community care assistant based in Stirling and part of my duties include providing mobility support for service users with equipment, promoted independence for service users and building important relationships. Administered medication, kept good recording and reporting of every visit. Kept strict confidentiality that help built trust with service users.

My role is to assist the Programme Controller with any ethical or legal issues, help decide what radio podcasts should go up on the channel as well as edit any podcasts and create thumbnails for them.As part of this role, I also had the pleasure of interviewing the principle of Forth Valley College.
