HR partnership with Territory and Local operations managers, Store managers and line staff in terms of personnel recruitment, learning and development (team of around 600 people in 53 stores in 11 cities):• Ensuring quality recruitment (conducting trainings on mass recruitment for store managers, participating in mass recruitment, conducting final interviews with the candidates if necessary)• Ensuring quality adaptation (implementing "Fast track" and mentorship program, conducting induction trainings for newcomers)• Supporting learning and service process (working on fulfillment of e-learning program and service level in the stores), conducting trainings for Store managers on new managing approach, giving feedback on visiting the stores• Ensuring career development and succession of line staff and managers (monitoring potential employees, organizing the "Development School" for potential employees in Samara, conducting Assessment Centers)• Implementation of HR procedures in retail (half-year appraisal, categorization, qualification of employees)• Exit interviews, analyzing reasons of turnover, working on its decrease (see all above)• Support in current HR issues in retail

HR partnership with managers and recruitment consultants in HR and Finance practices, Outstaffing and Specialists Recruitment departments and the offices in Kazan and Almaty (team of around 30 people)• Internal recruitment• Induction for new employees • Improvement and coordination of T&D programs (corporate trainings, English learning, staff appraisal procedure) • Leading the Customer Service Standards project• Administration of Thomas PPA program, consulting the clients and the candidates• Internal communications• Participation in various projects of HR team
