- Develop overall project plan to allocate resources for 250+ shot feature film, with crew of 30-40 artists- Develop internal department schedules and manage resourcing- Manage team and track internal schedule to ensure deadlines are met- Create internal and client tracking reports for projects - Ongoing communication with clients to understand priorities, deadlines, and other project specifics- Collaborate with the VFX Producer on overall scheduling of projects and tracking of budgets- Manage dailies sessions and project production meetings- Oversee the execution of weekly client deliveries
