My name is Natoyia Drakes. For over a decade now I have been in the Insurance sales industry. I LOVE what I do and LOVE how rewarding it is and yet simultaneously open to a change. I have just moved back to the Albany, NY area Jan. 2020 and looking to bring my undeniable attributes to join another amazing company that makes a difference in the world. My passion is and will always be helping people, leading people, building people and learning from people. It has made me the tenacious, conscientious individual I am today. Every position over my 13 yrs in the workforce has not only developed me into a high producing sales agent with refined customer service proficiencies but has specifically thought me to adapt quickly in high intensity situations, have excellent task management skills and trained me on the importance of treating people how you want to be treated. Confident enough to be a leader and still humble enough to be led.
