@Grant ThorntonMy job was to make sure all the laptops were imaged with all software installed for the refresh. This included setting up the clients accounts with Outlook and Teams, and making sure they were able to log in to all of their applications used for their daily production. Laptops that were returned from the refresh to be wiped and prepared to return to leasing company. This also included having to open boxes and do some hardware repair as some laptops came broken. I also packed and shipped these computers for the remote users.After all computers were imaged, packed, and shipped, I would schedule Teams meeting to help with transferring to the new laptop.This included using gotoassist to remote in and set up the backup and disable some licenses on the old computer. I would run the restore on the new computer to make sure everything was done correctly knocking out any problems along the way.
