I teach core subjects at KS3-GCSE level in 1:1 and small group formats to children with social, emotional and mental health needs presenting with challenging behaviours which cannot be managed in a mainstream school setting. I also run interventions which consist of coping skills groups using the principles of dialectical behavioural therapy.

I am part of the creator fund on TikTok, and am a mental health advocate, especially for young people. I run support group live-streams every week, and teach DBT and other coping skills on my platform. I also share my personal journey with mental health conditions. I connect with brands, companies and podcasts through my social media platforms.

I am fully trained as a skilled barista, and worked alongside my team to provide efficient, quality ensured customer service. I have experience of de-escalating heated situations, and working through a long period of constant management changes. This job provided me with good organisational skills.
