Nat has been a solutions-oriented individual from the beginning of his career. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, NY and has been able to apply the theoretical and practical education gained from that prestigious college throughout his career. Prior to his entry into medical imaging, Nat was an engineer in card access and alarm technology and shortly thereafter worked in the induction heating industry. His first foray into ultrasound was with Advanced Technology Laboratories, a Bothell, WA manufacturer that was acquired by Philips in 1998. At ATL, he was a field service engineer who covered the New York territories of Long Island, Staten Island, Brooklyn and Queens counties. Just prior to starting up Ultrasound Solutions, Nat was a field service engineer for Hewlett-Packard, specializing in cardiology applications.Nat founded Ultrasound Solutions Corp. in 2003 to provide unprecedented personal service for medical imaging professionals at affordable cost. He has brought his high level of customer-centric values he learned at larger companies into his own business. Every service technician at Ultrasound Solutions Corp. has been thoroughly trained to service all makes and models of ultrasound machines. The company has developed longstanding relationships with two ultrasound manufacturers, Esaote North America, & Supersonic Imagine. In the years since launching his company, Nat has successfully positioned Ultrasound Solutions as a preferred independent resource for new and refurbished systems and services throughout New York’s tri state area on out to Boston and Ohio. Nat remains highly engaged with the company’s client base, and is often called in to assist with some of the most intricate system diagnostics and issues that occur. He is a key opinion leader and has been a guest lecturer at the university level.
