She's an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through speaking engagements and chair of the Diversity Advisory Committee at FINSIA, the professional body for financial services in Australia and New Zealand.Natalie's core competencies include innovation workshops, customer discovery, customer experience design, social impact and EVP strategy development, incorporating health equity, social wellbeing and meaningful work.
