I lead the relationship with middle and large multinational clients, by coordinating our products and services, and making sure they receive the best service anytime. I'm responsible for the delivering and the global budget of each client.I am particularly in charge of social insurance aspects (pension fund, personal lines and payroll/HR services), due to my strong background in employee benefits, but i also coordinate all insurance programs for my clients, including international.Swiss Risk & Care provides a wide range of services such as HR outsourcing (payroll, absence management) and insurance management (personal and financial lines).

Member of Executive StaffIn addition to my Account Executive mission for key accounts, I train and manage the account managers to make sure they adjust fastly to our high-demanding client requirement.I also create development projects, by organizing promotional events, creating innovating solutions or doing prospection actions.Business Development- Organization of events, to promote the company and its innovating solutions for the clients (road show, forum,…) - Project coordination with our EMEA entities, to grow up the cross-selling between our different activities and countries

Responsible for insurance contracts B2B in Geneva, and for the development and maintenance of a network of distributors, including sales, negotiation, training and support of our external salesforce.
