Acted as the translator (French to English and vice versa) for French speaking refugees (for the Protection officer). I had five cases that needed interpretation during my time at UNHCRProcessed work and residents permits daily for refugees (5 of each in a day which amounted to 100 permits in a month).Responded to individual needs, such as, counselling, work and resident permits and then signposting to other relevant professional needs.I was a member of the registration process of refugees and interviewed 30-40 refugees in a day depending on their family size.
