As a team leader at Erhvervsstyrelsen, I have been working on creating the solutions to conclude the COVID-compensation for the past 1.5 years. I lead a team of talented professionals, collaborating with the product owner and developers to deliver high-quality IT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our stakeholders. I have a Professional Scrum Master I certification and a diploma in leadership from DTU, which enable me to apply agile methods and best practices to manage team progress, solve impediments, and maintain a constant flow of deliveries.My core competencies include project management, leadership, business development, process improvement, analytical skills, and strategy. I have over 4 years of experience in these areas, both in the public and private sectors. Previously, I was a consultant at SponsorPeople, where I helped clients achieve higher returns on their sponsorship investments by developing and activating their brand strategies. I also have a master's degree in film and media studies from KU, which gives me a solid background in understanding and communicating with different audiences and media platforms. My mission is to be a motivating and involving leader who promotes an honest and flexible learning culture and mindsets, and to contribute to the social and economic recovery of Denmark.
