I represent clients throughout California.I assist tax-exempt organizations such as private foundations with incorporating and obtaining exemptions from taxation. My practice also encompasses the formation of family limited partnerships and limited liability companies.I advise both domestic and international high net worth individuals and have extensive European contacts.I also drafts and negotiates premarital and post marital agreements.I regularly present on estate planning issues to financial firms and groups throughout the Bay Area.
