After 10 years in PR and Communication I moved into HR in 2003. For over 18 years I have been working in the IT arena, experiencing five different Corporate ownerships and company “spirits” (business taken private from American multinational to Swiss SME, later on sold out to a French multinational), and many people backgrounds and skills. Since Spring 2023, I'm experiencing the energy industry and its various and facets of decarbonation.I'm used to flex to different audiences: colleagues, top management, clients, trainers, policy makers, authorities… Being exposed to a wide range of HR activities and challenges in a highly demanding matrix environment with moving people and shifting priorities, the most important for me remains always the same: trust, care and listening.Providing collaborative and inspirational guidance in the daily life or in specific situations, like work relations, performance management or training requirements, advising on existing policies or explaining changes in the organisation.I enjoy multi-cultural environments with yet some Swiss business spirit awareness with concern for a job well done, and that are ready to show a bit of extravaganza in the daily hassle. And I'm happy in a role when it allows me to take initiatives and be creative. I am even happier if my work can be about more than reporting quarterly profit and get the best result out of others’ work, boost talents. I'm used to be comfortable with ambiguity not to say sometimes chaos, and ready to respond to constant stimuli of all kinds - when you work with people there is no blueprint to follow. In this sense I’m fully okay to have a flexible approach to rules – when possible. I work with my intuition: using emotion but also logic to communicate and move on, as well as a touch of humour! I guess my calm and controlled nature helps me defuse tension.And this allows me to earn trust from stakeholders, gain people respect - all that with the aspiration to contribute value to people.I am very much outcome focused, able to be details orientated while retaining the big picture. Finally, I am keen to move into new roles, to put myself into unfamiliar but informed situations, to look into untapped areas of opportunity. I continuously learn and develop to leverage my technical expertise, soft skills and experience to ensure I stay up-to-date and compliant, remain relevant and respected. And continually earn in-depth knowledge in the human “interactions” field.I am fluent in French and in English, with good command of Italian, and German to refresh.
