I graduated from the University of Pisa with a degree in Electronic Engineering in 2002.After a short period of training in the IT Dept. at S.E.S., publisher of the Gazzetta del Sud, a leading newspaper with a wide circulation in both Sicily and Calabria, in 2003 I obtained the professional Cisco certifications CCNA and CCAI and I began to teach networking courses, certified by Italian MIUR as a part of the secondary school program, at several regional and local Cisco Academies.Starting from November 2004 to July 2005 I attended a master program in “Information Security Management” organized by MIP, the Business School of the Politecnico di Milano, and CEFRIEL, center of excellence for research in the information technology area, and I became “Information Security Manager” certified by IQNet, an international certification network.In late 2004 I became the IT Manager of Aicon Spa where I developed the reengineering of network infrastructure and information systems, I supervised all the activities of the internal IT support team and I was responsible for maintaining the business continuity and developing new services to support the company processes. I was also the project manager of the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Navision.In january 2013 I started working as senior IT consultant and project manager. In the last years I’ve managed lot of successful projects in Italy or abroad for private companies, public offices and education institutions. Now I’m the IT Manager at Misitano & Stracuzzi Spa, an industrial italian company in the market of citrus products (juices and essential oils).I have the responsibility of reengineering all network infrastructure and information systems.
