I also took part in developing and creating the festival's innovative and attractive merchandise.The festival's popularity increased rapidly each year – in only 2 years we had 10000+ visitors from more than 60 countries. In 2019, it was thus obvious that in order to keep our guests entertained during the day, we needed to develop an array of daytime activities.- I was the one to create the concept of daytime activities from the ground up. This included yoga, meditation, workshops, lectures, open deck showcases, and even more;- I found and hired performers from Portugal, Thailand, Bali, and Hong Kong;- Furthermore, I created a media strategy to promote the activities on the festival's social media platforms;- I designed the activities area and curated the building process;- I had a team of 10 multicultural volunteers whom I am proud of so much;The daytime activities turned out to be a hit, it helped to diversify the program of the 11-day event.
