With this project our goal is not only to provide quality affordable housing to Miami, but also improve and implement policy changes, to incentivize small developers to participate in PHCD funding programs, such as SURTAX. Everyday I engage in many phases of the development of real estate including research, underwritting, planning, design, construction and project management. Some of our current projects involve the adaptive reuse of warehouses and historic motels that will be transformed into retail and office, in various neighborhoods in Miami. I assist in the closing of loans by performing the due diligence required. For example, coordinating property surveys, Environmental Phase-1 and Phase-2 studies, and 40-yr certification among others.I meet with possible tenants and companies looking to enter the Miami market and possibly find them commercial space within our properties.Because we love what we do, at The Vagabond Group we consider ourselves neighborhood enhancers and place-makers. Assist in property management and rent collections for a family owned real estate investment firm. The company's focus is mainly on single family homes, land acquisitions and rentals throughout the state of Florida and Puerto Rico.

At Aria Development Group, I perform market research and zoning analysis for pre development purposes. As part of the process of determining project feasibility, I create quick schematic floor plans to calculate square footages of developable and rentable space, determine required parking, and design parking layouts. As a real estate assistant, I perform due diligence for property acquisitions and investment purposes.

At CBA I work as a design professional and Architect in Training. I put together Construction Document sets. I have also been part of Project Management teams and currently assist on Construction Administration of certain Multi-family projects in different states, mostly throughout southern United States.

Besides architecture, I have always had a passion for everything design, including fashion and art. This is just the first step to achieving my creative goals. La Cebollita Blog was a fashion, design, photography and architecture blog.
