I am responsible for managing all phases of the implementation of hospital automation solutions, from project planning to go-live. Managing the customer, company resources and project risks are the daily challenges for completing the project on time.

As Area Manager, I was responsible for following the software start-up activities in new installations and the maintenance activities in existing ones. I managed the software migration in Riga central laboratory and I contributed to the go live of the first installation in Switzerland. I interacted directly with customers and users of the software, also in on call mode.

As part of a team, I was working on a project aimed to realize a machinefor the automatization of the pharmaceutical department of a hospital. My specifictask was to develop the software of the robots integrated in the machine and to definethe production procedures.
