  I am a member of the Contract Performance Team within the Major Capital Projects Department (MCP), a multidisciplinary group of professionals dedicated to the execution and management of Pan American Energy's Investment Projects, a leading company in the energy sector in Argentina and the region.Currently, I am assigned to Upstream Projects in the Neuquén Basin, where my main responsibilities include:Participating in the drafting and negotiation of Terms and Conditions, as well as Specific Annexes, for the contracting of engineering services, construction works, and the supply of goods and materials.Monitoring and documenting contractual compliance throughout its duration through follow-up meetings with suppliers and contractors, recording project progress, issuing alerts in case of non-compliance with contractual milestones, activating contractual guarantees, and developing solutions to defend the Company's interests in potential conflicts.Drafting and reviewing Addenda, Settlement Agreements, Termination Agreements, and Notices of Breach, among other documents issued throughout the contra lifecycle.Advising on the contract closeout process by reporting potential disputes, non-compliances, and accumulated penalties for delays.
