With over 20 years in the beauty industry, I've channeled my passion and expertise into pioneering sustainable solutions for a field I deeply love. As the founder and owner of Mila Sustainable Packaging, I blend my extensive beauty background with a commitment to environmental conservation. My journey began as a professional makeup artist, where I had the privilege of working with prestigious brands like Lancome, Smashbox, and Tom Ford, while also collaborating with top photographers and agencies in Vancouver. My experience spans various media, including music videos and TV sets, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the industry's needs and challenges.Currently, I serve as the Creative Director for Pose Beverly Hills in Canada, a role that allows me to continue innovating in the beauty space. However, my true calling emerged when I recognized the immense plastic waste generated by the beauty industry. This realization led me to establish Mila Sustainable Packaging, where we focus on creating eco-friendly alternatives for cosmetic packaging. My mission is twofold: to contribute positively to our planet and to educate others that meaningful change starts with a single thought. Through Mila, I'm dedicated to demonstrating that sustainability in the beauty industry is not just necessary, but achievable through mindful choices in packaging materials and design.
