I´m a professor of English as a second language with a degree in ESL Courses and Materials Design and Managment. I also have a degree in educational innovation and a degree in e-learning projects. I´ve been working as a professor for over 20 years and during the last years, I´ve been learning about technology applied to education y e-learning projects. I consider myself to be truly proactive and keen on progress. I like being dynamic and applying a comprehensive vision when it comes to the development of training projects that offer people better tools for their own professional development. I encourage teamwork and strategic planning and I am a true believer in open communication as the means to achieve healthy working environments.
