- Responsible for the recruitment process for all business lines for Brazil and Trinidad and Tobago.- Management for the temporary workforce in Brazil.- Participation in global and local Integrated Resourcing projects including Agency Spend project, DEI Projects, Offer Equity and Candidate Matching.

- Responsible to do the management for the recruitment for onshore and offshore position leading a team of 5 recruiters.

Working as a consultant in several projects.- Responsible for the process mapping – “as is” and “to be” - using lean sigma methodology and associating with strong and effective KPIs.- Responsible for communication and training plan strategy and materials in the implementation phase.- Coordination and preparation of training activities and logistics.
