I am a Scheduling/Financial Coordinator at Grateful Dental, a dental healthcare provider that offers a range of services, from general dentistry to cosmetic procedures. I have been in this role for over nine years, managing the daily operations of the office, such as scheduling, billing, insurance, patient coordination, and social media.I am also a Data Analytics and Visualization student at Northwestern University, where I am pursuing a certification that will equip me with the skills and tools to analyze, interpret, and communicate data effectively. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
