I'm an administration all-rounder who's worked in industries including Tier 1 Construction company, electronic security, railways, surgical education, Parliament, advertising to name a few. My most recent role at Downer involved administering a $1B Capital Works contract for NSW Police Force which included security vetting of all involved in the project, training administration, workshop arrangement and project reporting.Prior to Downer I was Team Leader at Sapio for six years managing work schedules for 15 technicians with varying security system certifications to cover the client’s needs and maintenance service continuity. I interpreted security monitoring data and reports to allow for the correct security specialist dispatch to ensure timely rectification of security system faults. I developed an automated daily report to create a work schedule. The daily report allowed for easy prioritisation of client’s jobs to incorporate contractual obligations and maximise logistical efficiency and productivity for technicians.At Metro Trains I worked across various departments, including, Engineering, Track Infrastructure and Training and Development over a period of six years. I developed, in collaboration with the IT team an automated track inspection report including a data set and graphical representation to determine the strategic maintenance and upgrade plan.
