Mentor in the Women in Wind Leadership Program - Global Wind Energy CouncilPreparation and execution of a program for a mentee regarding the role of regulation in building a safe investment environment for hybrid and innovative offshore projects. Learning about EU framework for offshore projects, we discussed various EU strategies and legal acts: European Green Deal, EU Stratefy for Offshore, Electricity Directive, RES Directive, state aid guidelines, EU Taxonomy.The program included the preparation of a regulatory and communication strategy for various stakeholders: local communities, local authorities, authorities at the national and EU levels.I also provided a workshop for the mentee on communication with an external expert.

I chaired the work of the Grid Working Group (Grid WG). During the period in which I served as chairwoman of the Grid WG, the Grid WG prepared regulations on cablepooling in cooperation with the Ministry of Climate and Environment, actively participated in meetings organized by the Ministry of Climate and Environment on cablepooling regulations, prepared a proposal for changes that were submitted as part of the work on the Charter for Efficient Grid Transformation organized by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority (transparency of the process of issuing grid connection conditions, commercial connection, flexibility), prepared a position on commercial connections. I represented the group and the RES Council at meetings on the network area with representatives of the Ministry of Climate and Environment and the Energy Regulatory Authority.

I have been heading regulatory affairs at Better Energy Poland. I reported directly to the Vice President in HQ in Copenhagen.My responsibilities included:- building relationships with representatives of the government administration in Poland, incl. the Ministry of Climate and Environment, the Ministry of Development, the Energy Regulatory Office, and with representatives of TSO (PSE S.A.) and DSO- monitoring the regulatory environment affecting the company's operations in Poland, including asset management, electricity generation and sales, and future investments- Actively influencing the regulatory environment in Poland, ensuring that it is consistent with the company's strategy- providing legal advice in the area of energy law, the Law on Renewable Energy Sources and the NC RfG Grid Code - conducting proceedings, administrative proceedings, preparation of applications, legal support for obtaining ION and FON- legal and regulatory support of other departments - asset management, grid intergration, sale of electricity, legal, tax and controlling- preparing or co-preparing presentations for the management board at QH- representing the company at various associations: Polish Fotovoltaic Association, Lewiatan, Polish-Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce- representing the company during a trade mission led by the King of Denmark
