Position 1:Description:Expert-consultant as to the Ministry of Construction of RF as private construction projects on urban and sustainable development of territories (cities, regions and territories of RF, on projects for the improvement of towns of RF and development of a comfortable urban environment).Responsibilities:Working on strategies' development of cities and regions (including development and architectural concepts, GR models, business-plans, taxes, etc), consulting of local authorities.Results:• Developed the concepts and strategies of following projects:- the City Park and city renovation of Rasskazovo city, Tambov Region RF which won the Federal grand in the amount of EUR 1,5 mln- the central part of Mikhailovka town, Volgograd Region RF which won the Federal grand in the amount of EUR 1,5 mln• Developed the concept of renovation (the master plan and business-plan) of Olenek village in remote northern region of Sakha republic which became a pilot and reference project• Developed the concept of territory development on M4 Route as commercial and retreat area (EUR 4,4 mln)• Consulted Sakha republic on sustainable development of northern regions of RussiaPosition 2:Description:Organization, business planning, advertising and implementation of touristic, research and movie making expeditions in African and Asian countries.Responsibilities:Development of routes, preparation of individual expedition programs, business planning and collaboration with suppliers, organization of advertising campaigns. Conducting expeditions. Preparation of routes according to the scenarios of film crews and organization of the movie making process.Results:Organized and conducted:• 5 expeditions to Namibia, groups of 25 clients,• 2 ethno-research expeditions to the wild tribes of the Southern part of Ethiopia,• Shooting tour for a film about poaching in Ethiopia,• 3 tours to 5 African countries (Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana, South Africa).

Responsibilities:Management of projects of real estate development and construction (existing projects and assets, new perspective projects’ launches) in Russia and abroad including:• international partnerships creation, investments agreements, establishment of join companies,• strategic planning, estimation, business planning, finance schemes, architectural and strategic concepts designing, construction and sales management, cost and risk management,• real estate and assets management (office buildings, hotels, residential, industrial sites, land plots).Results:• Project teams in Italy, USA, Cyprus, Belarus, Russia was built• the partnership with Turkish partner for the construction of apartment complex in Italy (0,5 he, 10 000 m2) was agreed,• The Joint Russian-Turkish company has been established, the partner has committed to project management and financing in the amount of over EUR 6 mln,• Management strategy of residential construction project in Russia was changed, new partner was involved in the project which, 2 mln EUR of debts were covered,• Management strategy of distressed assets in Belarus Republic was changed (construction of residential complexes 30 000 m2 and 62 000 m2). Facilities' construction was completed, 11 mln USD bank loans were covered, 4,6 mln USD was saved on taxes.• management strategies of the office buildings in Russia, Moscow (29 430 m2), Yekaterinburg (4 880 m2), Turkmenistan (3 400 m2), Republic of Cyprus (5 200 m2 ), Belarus (3 770 m2) were changed, all projects became profitable.

Responsibilities:• development of strategic and architectural concept of the Innovative City (Technopolis) including marketing concept, business planning, strategy of facilities management;• management of innovative development projects of big international companies (R&D centres of key partners) from partnership schemes to objects completion.Results:• participated in the Federal Law "On Skolkovo" working on, the Law was agreed• master plan, marketing strategy and architectural concept of Skolkovo Innovation City (386 hectares, construction volume 2,6 mln m2) was developed and approved by Federal authorities,• Investment agreements with the following key partner companies for the construction of R&D centers was signed: BOEING - USA (9,000 m2), CISCO (35,000 m2), CJSC TAT-neft Oil Company (10,000 m2), OJSC Lukoil Oil Company (9,000 m2), MOEK Electricity Company (10,000 m2), BIN Group - a multifunctional transport hub (over 80,000 m2), Sberbank Data Centre (122,000 m2 and 37,000 m2), Transmashholding (40,000 m2), Renova Group of Companies (26,500 m2),• 5 objects of Key International Partners (Microsoft, Huawei, Siemens, etc.) with a total area of more than 120 000 m2 were completed, facilities management was organized,• designed the strategy of rental and event businesses in Hypercube office and exhibition center (7,000 m2),• strategic investor on Business Center (65,000 m2) was negotiated under the tender terms

Responsibilities:• strategies' and concepts' development including architect and investments models of new cities districts, regions including residential buildings, office buildings, hotel complexes• team building in regions• sales management, brand management and PR of development projects.Results:• the strategic development and architectural concept for the new Akademichesky district in Yekaterinburg city (1,3 thousand he, 9 mln m2 of residential construction) was designed. The project was successfully presented to the Prime Minister of RF, included in the list of priority projects of the federal program and provided with federal investments,• development concepts and management strategies of several construction projects (portfolio 13,7 mln m2 in common) in Moscow region were updated, sales revenue increased from EUR 36 mln in 2008 to EUR 43 mln in 2009,• developed and approved by local authorities the concepts of development of new city districts in Chelyabinsk region (120 000 inhabitants) and Perm city (3,2 mln m2 of residential).

Responsibilities:• development of marketing strategy and brands’ portfolio, brands value and profitability management,• development and launch of modernization of production facilities projects,• new brands launch to the market, advertising and PR-companies.Results:• marketing strategy of the company was changed and the portfolio of brands was restructured. The volume of sales in 6 years was grown from 75 000 tons to 93 000 tons of confectionary products, net profit changed from USD 20 mln lost to USD 6,5 mln profits,• 3 confectionary factories were sold from the foundation “Baring Vostok Gapital Partners” to the strategic investor “Orcla Group” (Norway), the deal was structured and successfully completed,• wafer production facilities were modernized, production and management costs were decreased, new wafer brand launched
