- End-to-end management of Latam Mexico, Colombia & Panama recruiting strategy and day-to-dayrecruiting operations for different markets: identify, review and select viable candidates based on cell priorities and target, managing them through the pipeline and cultivating offers to accept.- Work with leadership teams to develop recruitment initiatives and strategies to fulfill the difficult roles to cover.- In charge of the Employer Branding strategy for Hilti Latam.

My focus is on Sales (Account Managers, Field Engineers, Project management, Sales Consultant etc.)- Used multiple sourcing techniques and tools like Boolean, Google x-ray, graph search, custom search engines, social networks, taleo, Konzerta, elempleo, linkedin, extensions and others to identify the best talent.- Developed and deployed short and long-term sourcing strategies and initiatives to attract candidates with the appropriate language and technical skills required for the business.- In charge of planning, coordinating and supervising Job Fairs or any other recruiting initiative.

- Responsible for performance/quality improvement of five LATAM recruiters and coordinators.- Provided real-time support to recruiters by responding to escalated matters.- Actively recruited and sourced for LATAM Account Managers + hard to fill roles- Conducted market research studies that contributed to the salary projection in Mexico (CDMX, Monterrey, Los Cabos, among others).
