- Ensuring that all Clients experience outstanding service at all times.- Leading a high performing customer facing and service orientated team. Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all customers serviced in the store are given the same luxurious experience. - Resolving difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.- Managing all operational processes including Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, and Aftersales.- Monitoring store profitability, and manage books & budgets.- Managing inventory, ordering new stock and overlooking shipments and delivery.- Opening and closing the store which includes securing doors, windows, and merchandise, successful alarming of the store and POS procedures.

- Assisting patients with a disability and/or chronic illness to attain and maintain maximum comfort.- Help clients in adapting by providing Balneological and mud therapy procedures that are a very important treatment of musculoskeletal system diseases (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic arthritis, vertebral osteochondrosis, scoliosis), cardiovascular diseases, nervous system diseases, endocrine diseases and etc. - To always provide a high standard of Professional conduct and Nursing care.

- Monitoring wounds for infection.- Preparing patients for surgeries. - Providing preoperative and postoperative care.- Checking the efficacy of the method used to reduce post-surgical swelling in the residual limb and reapplying it when necessary and appropriate.- Monitoring pain medication to maintain it at a level at which rest and relaxation can be achieved so that the rigorous process of rehabilitation can be carried out.- Teaching the injured how to care for themselves.- Providing emotional support and facilitating peer visitation.
