1. I freely immerse myself in the content of business tasks. To do this, I can easily read anydocumentation (including regulatory legal acts, regulations, instructions, etc.). I know the technologiesof interviewing the customer (custdev, making CJM).Next, I formalize the requirements. I write the technical specification. I'm developing a UML use casediagram.These skills allowed me to develop the information infrastructure of the Leningrad region, whichincludes about 100 regional information systems (IS) of various fields (including social, educational,medical, financial, fuel and energy, housing and utilities, construction and others).2. In view of the peculiarities of the information infrastructure of the region (completely differentbusiness tasks and, at the same time, the presence of common tasks and the need to communicatewith each other) I successfully solved the problem of IS integration.I implemented these solutions in the IS of interfieldal electronic interaction and the regional portal ofpublic services, as well as in the geoinformation system "Spatial Data Fund of the Leningrad Region",which contains more than 300 thousand spatial objects of the region, grouped into 278 thematiclayers.3. Every year, the growing needs of customers the creation of new systems and development ofexisting ones have needed to formalize and regulate the process of preparing requests.To do this, I developed and ensured the approval of the appropriate procedure (regulations+requestevaluation methodology), which made the process transparent and remove multiple negatives.In this work, my following abilities were manifested:- ability to algorithmize the process, including when it is necessary to take into account multipleconditions (sometimes mutually exclusive);- formalize the decision as legal acts, regulations and instructions, and well as using UML notation.

During my work, I have deeply immersed myself in the peculiarities of the education field. Theexcellent results of my large-scale IT projects in the education field of the Leningrad region arerecognized by many thousands users, because project implementation was carried out during aperiod of underdeveloped technological infrastructure, as well as a low level of readiness andperception of users the IT products. I.e., the projects performed both an innovative and revolutionaryfunction in the regional education system.At the same time, I gained considerable experience in solving business problems through combinedinformatization.My combined approach provided for the development of hardware, software, telecommunicationsand information components.But my business analysis showed that the effect of developing such a model can able only beobtained if the organizational component is provided. Therefore, I also developed and implementedan organizational and functional model, which ensured the achievement of the main goal and successof the project.
