About Natalia Scherer Eidt

I am a former Olympic athlete, double champion at the Pan American Games and finalist at the Olympic Games of Sydney - 2000. After my retirement as an athlete I earned my Teaching Degree in Physical Education at UNISC, where I developed and managed volunteer work for children in need. In São Paulo I obtained a Bachelor Degree at University of São Paulo - USP, the best university in the country. I started my Masters at USP, where I was researching how pain affects motor behavior, but I stopped when I moved to Denmark.My experience as a volunteer following the Pain Group at the Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Clinics Hospital and as a high performance athlete made me search ways of improving the life quality ofathletes and people in general.
