Training new employees in the profession of a researcher and their further promotion from the position of a researcher to the position of a middle recruiter, the formation of the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to complete the full cycle of recruiting.

- Full cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, creating CVs and cover letters, appointment of interviews, gathering feedbacks, working with offers;- Mentoring, learning and on-boarding of newcomers;- Hiring of technical specialists different grades (middle-senior-lead-architect): Java Dev, QA Auto/Manual, System Analyst, iOS\Android dev, Ruby Dev, etc.

Responsibilities:• full cycle of recruiting process;• the search of candidates (LinkedIn, Boolean search, Amazing Hiring, HH, HabrCareer);• phone and Skype interviews;• basic technical screening of candidates;• CVs translation and writing cover letters for the client;• coordination of candidates during all interview stages; • presentation a job offers;• working with candidate’s motivation on the offer stage; • communication with customers, clarification of the details of the search;• conducting and updating of candidates database (E-staff recruiter);• statistics gathering and analysis.
