In this context, I have managed the following areas:- Distribution Center Operations: Overseeing two Distribution Centers, with approximately 550 employees, responsible for supplying the 58 stores across the national territory for the Group;-Transportation Operations: Coordinating 38 dedicated third-party hubs and an in-house assembly team of 550 employees;- Logistics Network Planning: Conducting a comprehensive review of the entire logistics network, optimizing freight costs, and adjusting service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers.

In charge of conceiving, supporting, and implementing strategic projects aligned with corporate objectives, encompassing all phases of the project lifecycle: from initial conception, building the Business Case, finding solutions, mapping processes, to execution and monitoring. I led three core areas: Logistics Operations Projects (for both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar stores) and Logistics Processes.Key achievements include:- Internalization of the logistics operation at the Distribution Center, responsible for 60% of the national volume of sales, resulting in an annual cost savings of R$ 20 million;- Successful planning and execution of the change in the Group's sole E-Commerce Distribution Center within just three months;- Implementation of the Process Department, introducing Lean methodology in the main Distribution Centers of the Group, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and productivity.

A couple of relevant achievement highlights:- Leadership in the opening and relocation of distribution centers, optimizing operational efficiency.Managing the transition of the Warrhouse Management System (WMS), with a focus on productivity improvement and operational control enhancement;- Comprehensive review of the logistics network, balancing freight costs and tax benefits;- Conception and implementation of minihubs in 64 stores, enabling ship-from-store operations;- Development and implementation of the Courier Portal, providing tracking information and issue resolution mechanisms.
