•Maintain and develop IOSA and ISAGO documentation (Standards and Program Manuals, Auditor Handbook) in accordance with ICAO Standards and adherence to ICAO Recommended Practices and procedures, EASA and FAA requirements•Work with IOSA Task Forces network and pursue improvement of the IOSA Standards and Guidance Material•Represent IATA in international IOSA activities: meetings, conferences, and other related events.•Manage and maintain the information contained in IOSA Online intranet, Extranet and Internet systems•Consult with all relevant parties, collect the feedback and incorporate into manuals •Maintains liaison with Task Forces and provides feedback of Audit Organizations and airlines on IOSA standards•Coordinate and develop responses to outside inquiries regarding IOSA standards and follow up on actions•Apply new technologies to improve Q5AIMS audit software system•Lead the project of IOSA/ISAGO Q5AIMS software platform enhancements •Manage and coordinate projects progress: IOSA and ISAGO database, Q5AIMS, XML documentation conversion, ISO certification, etc. •Ensure the needs and expectations of stakeholders are met and issues resolved•Take the actions to close the project, deliver the final project to the users •Present the final products and solve conflicts during and after projects launching•Govern IOSA databases and ensure data quality •Communicate with the Q5AIMS developers to manage daily software issues •Collect feedback from relevant parties to introduce improvements

•Define Key Performance Indicator for Audit Organizations’ performance assessment on an on-going basis•Collect, integrate, analyze and present statistics information intended to support IATA Operational Safety Audit quality improvements •Conduct analyses of audit findings and corrective action plans submitted by Audit Organizations•Conduct performance analysis (KPI) using six-sigma techniques•Develop reports for senior management of ongoing Quality Control and Quality Assurance progress•Develop and implement procedures and processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements, resulting in successful accreditation of IOSA/ISAGO programs by ISO 9001:2008•Assess performance of the Audit Organizations and recommend actions to address specific gaps•Review audit findings, reports, corrective action plans and any other information submitted by Audit Organizations•Participate in the preparation and conduct of IATA Audit Operation Safety Audit related training courses and seminar-workshops in accordance with the IOSA quality management system procedures•Assist in preparation of the reports and working papers for the Audit Organizations meetings and IOSA Oversight Committee meetings•Lead internal and external audits of IOSA/ISAGO programs, in accordance with ISO requirements

•Make research for available technologies and choose the appropriate solution to improve IOSA/ISAGO software tools •Define the possible areas of internal processes improvements by applying quality assurance techniques and suggest the solution using available technologies •Collect, integrate, analyze and present information for senior management•Provide Audit Organizations metrics and performance using Six-Sigma approach•Perform quality control on audit and validation reports and related documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to the established report preparation standards and requirements.•Develop and establish Key Performance Indicators for airline safety measurement •Develop audit program (IOSA, ISAGO ) management system, procedures and processes resulting in ISO 9001 accreditation of IOSA/ISAGO programs
