Master thesis position at Human Brown Fat Research Group. The aim of the thesis is to develop and characterize human brown adipose spheroids from primary preadipocytes and study their advantages compared to human white adipose spheroids and brown adipocyte 2D cell cultures. The characterization will be done through the gene expression profile, assessment of morphology and functional and metabolic tests.

Internship position at Human Brown Fat Research Group. The group main focus is understanding human brown fat’s function in health and metabolic disorders.Functions:- Basic work and techniques in cell culture work - Creation and differentiation of SGBS (adipose) 3D cell culture models- Creation and differentiation of primary (adipose) 2D and 3D cell culture models - qPCRs- Western blot- Confocal microscopy - Functional tests (mitochondrial respiration, lipolysis, etc.).

Training on the functioning and the technical specificities of the haemodialysis machine. Disinfection validation tests of dialysis machines (medical device).System verification according to IEC 60601, with the MIC group of Nipro Medical Group.
